Book a RideHow far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your trip. For airport transfers, book as soon as your flight is confirmed so we can track your arrival.
Do you offer services outside Nairobi?
Yes. JosraCab covers Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Naivasha, Malindi, Diani and more. Check our Routes page for pricing.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup to modify or cancel at no charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash on arrival. Corporate clients can arrange invoiced billing.
Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi or child seats?
Select vehicles come with Wi-Fi. Child seats are available on request — mention it in your booking special requests.
