1. How to Book

You can book a JosraCab transfer in three ways:

  1. Online: Use our booking form at josracab.co.ke/booking
  2. WhatsApp: Message us at +254746230366
  3. Phone: Call +254746230366 — available 24/7

2. What Happens After You Book

  1. You receive an immediate booking confirmation with a unique reference number
  2. Our team reviews your booking and confirms availability — usually within 1–2 hours
  3. Once confirmed, you receive your driver's name, phone number, vehicle photo, and plate number via WhatsApp before your pickup
  4. On the day, your driver waits at the pickup location with a name sign (for airport pickups)

3. What the Fare Includes

Every JosraCab fare includes:

  • Private chauffeur-driven vehicle (not shared)
  • Fuel for the trip
  • Toll charges (including Nairobi Expressway where used)
  • Meet and greet at airport arrivals
  • Flight monitoring for airport pickups
  • Driver contact details before pickup
  • Booking confirmation and receipt

4. What Is Not Included

  • Park or attraction entrance fees (for tours and safaris)
  • Meals and refreshments (unless specified in a tour package)
  • Driver accommodation for multi-day trips (quoted separately)
  • Excess waiting time beyond the standard allowance
  • Additional stops not declared at booking

5. Meet & Greet at Airports

For JKIA and Wilson Airport pickups, your driver will:

  • Wait at the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name
  • Monitor your flight's landing time and adjust for delays
  • Wait up to 60 minutes from the actual landing time at no extra charge
  • Contact you by WhatsApp or phone if needed

6. Vehicle Assignment

We assign a vehicle from the class you selected (Economy, Standard, Executive, Luxury, SUV, or Van). While we aim to provide the exact vehicle shown, we reserve the right to substitute an equivalent or upgraded vehicle at the same price if the original becomes unavailable.

7. Passenger & Luggage

Please provide accurate passenger and luggage counts when booking. If your party or luggage is larger than declared, we may need to upgrade your vehicle (additional cost) or arrange a second vehicle.

Child seats are available on request — please mention this in your booking.

8. Multi-Day & Safari Trips

For multi-day trips (safaris, tours, long-distance transfers with stops), the driver's accommodation and meals are quoted separately. A detailed itinerary and cost breakdown is provided before confirmation.
