4. Payment Information

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your credit card, M-Pesa PIN, or bank account details on our servers. Paystack's privacy policy applies to payment data they collect.

We retain booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Contact form submissions are stored for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data by emailing us.
