1. About These Terms

These terms apply to all airport transfer, chauffeur, tour, and safari transport services booked through JosraCab ("we", "us", "our"). By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Service

JosraCab provides chauffeur-driven vehicle services across Kenya. All vehicles come with a professional driver. Self-drive is not offered. Our primary services include:

• Airport transfers (JKIA and Wilson Airport)
• Hotel and executive transfers
• Corporate chauffeur services
• Safari and tour transport
• Group and event transport
• Long-distance transfers across Kenya

3. Bookings

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone at +254746230366, or via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed when you receive a booking reference number and confirmation message.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, passenger count, and contact details. JosraCab is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

4. Pricing

Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Display in other currencies is an estimate only. The amount charged via Paystack is always in KES.

Pricing is calculated per vehicle (not per person) based on distance and vehicle class. Fixed-route prices apply where advertised. Custom routes are quoted individually before confirmation.

All quoted prices include: driver, fuel, vehicle, toll charges (where the Expressway is used), and meet-and-greet service at airports.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

A confirmed booking with successful payment guarantees your vehicle and driver for the scheduled time.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Our full cancellation and refund policy is available at https://josracab.co.ke/cancellation-refund-policy. In summary:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup
• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may be charged up to 50% of the fare
• No-shows are charged the full fare
• Flight cancellations — contact us immediately; we will work with you

7. Flight Delays

For airport pickups, we monitor your flight's arrival time at no extra charge. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly. For significant delays or cancellations, please contact us.

8. Vehicle Substitution

While we make every effort to provide the specific vehicle class you booked, we reserve the right to substitute an equivalent or upgraded vehicle at no extra charge if the original vehicle becomes unavailable.

9. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers. Smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are not permitted in vehicles. JosraCab reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a trip if passenger conduct threatens driver safety or vehicle condition.

10. Luggage

Standard luggage allowance is 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on per passenger. Excess or oversized luggage should be declared at the time of booking so an appropriate vehicle can be assigned.

11. Liability

JosraCab carries comprehensive vehicle insurance as required by Kenyan law. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the specific trip. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
